I contacted KCY immediately after receiving my hair about possibly exchanging the lengths out! I was informed they aren’t accepting due to COVID-19 restrictions, which I understand, but I just received the product, it’s unused, and unopened I don’t understand why it couldn’t be exchanged! Is the new form of transmission through touch? If that’s the case they could disinfect and dispose the packaging! How do I know the package didn’t arrive to me possibly infected or exposed to COVID-19? I’m really upset at this policy as I’ve been a customer of theirs for years and never had a quality issue with the actual product!
