Processing & Shipping

Our standard processing time is 2-4 business days (that is, Monday through Friday 10am to 4pm EST). Processing times are NOT included in the delivery time. Please plan accordingly.

We do not process on the weekends and holidays. Processing & shipping times may be extended during sales and/or special events. We do not ship same day.

We are located and shipping from Toronto, Canada. There may be postal delays, customs delays, or duty fees associated with your purchase, but don’t hold that against us, because we’re on your side. We want you to get your package as soon as possible!

Free Shipping - via USPS - 2-4 days processing // 6-10 business days delivery


Standard Shipping - 3-5 days delivery // 2-4 days processing. 

Priority Shipping - 2-4 days delivery // 2-4 days processing. 

FedEx Overnight (only available on in stock items) 1-2 days processing.

Europe & Australia 

Standard Shipping - 5-10 days delivery // 2-4 days processing.

Although we try to get your hair to you as fast as human possible, please don’t order hair 2 days before you need it! It's always best to give yourself at least a 3 week cushion before you need it to avoid any unforeseen circumstances that may delay delivery.

Here’s everything you need to know about our refunds and exchange policy:

We want to make you the happiest customer, and we’ll do whatever it takes to keep you coming back, but just simply can’t offer refunds.

Maybe you got cold feet, maybe it’s not the right color, maybe you were thinking of another texture. We get it, stuff happens. That’s why we highly encourage you to order a sample if it’s your first time trying a texture. That way, you’ll know exactly what to expect when you receive the bundle.

And yes, we sometimes make mistakes, too. If we’ve sent you the wrong hair length or texture, we’ll exchange it at our cost.
