Naturally, we love to see you shine, so it should come as no surprise that we take your happiness and satisfaction seriously. 

If you are not happy with a recent purchase, we will do our best to put a smile back on your face.

Exchange Policy 
KinkyCurlyYaki will gladly offer store credit within 7 business days of your tracking number delivery date. The product must be returned in the same condition and original packaging you received them in. 

Virgin human hair extensions, clip-ins, ponytails, closures and frontals are considered a hygienic product. Therefore, as a precaution, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened wefts, clip ins, ponytails, closures, frontals or texture samples. All orders that purchase "Wash My Hair" are final sale

Our Refund Policy: 
• Refunds are store credit only.
• Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis.
• We do not refund shipping costs, custom fees, taxes or duties. 
All purchases made during Sales are final.

What does "returned in the same condition" mean?
This means the hair extensions have:

 Hair has NOT been washed, conditioned, installed, colored,  or bleached. 
✓ Ties have NOT been cut and the hang tag is attached.

I bought the wrong texture/length! How do I exchange?
We all make mistakes, however we are unable to accommodate exchanges by mail. Instead, we welcome you to return your items in accordance to our Return Policy, receive a store credit and repurchase the items in your desired texture and/or length with your store credit.

What happens if my package is marked Wrong Address, Return to Sender, Undeliverable, not picked up from Post Office or the duty is not paid?
All returns that come back to us due to incorrect addresses, return to senders,  not picking shipment up from post office, not paying any fees associated with duty/customs of your country will be issued a store credit.
